Gynecomastia Before and After Photos
 

This 43 year old man has suffered from gynecomastia ever since puberty. He was very thin in college, but had it even then. He had soft, spongy fat throughout his chest, but firmness was felt deep to his areolas. He had ultrasonic liposuction for 750cc on each side. Had he wanted to be flatter, he could have had the gynecomastia tissue cut out, but he felt that suction alone created enough of a reduction of his chest for him.
