Gynecomastia Before and After Photos
 

This is a 38 year-old very athletic and fit man, who has had it ever since childhood. On exam, his male chest enlargement could be felt to be due to soft, fatty tissue with no firm, glandular component felt beneath his nipples. Therefore, his treatment was liposuction of the chest, done with ultrasonic liposuction for a total of 200cc of fat removal from each chest.
