Gynecomastia Before and After Photos
 

This 21 year old is thin, fit and athetlic. He has never taken steroids, yet he has developed this severe one-sided gynecomastia. He is shown just 3 weeks after excision of gynecomastia on the left. He had only dense glandular tissue, so he did not have liposuction of his chest. The result will only improve with more time.
