This is my favorite result. She had donut mastopexies and single-stage augmentation….She is shown at 11 months…I cannot over-emphasize how tight her lower pole skin was…I did a Dual Plane III on her, and look at how good the lower pole expansion is, and how nice the ration of fill above and below the plane of the nipple is.
