Notice that this 410 implant maintains its shape even with a little piece cut out of it. When one presses on the implant as in the photograph in the upper right, the gel bulges out, but it stays smooth and maintains its shape. Even the little pieces maintain their shape. They bulge when squeezed, and when one lets go, they return right to the shape they started at.
