This 61-year-old woman had ruptured silicone breast implants and asymmetry. She underwent a total capsulectomy and replacement with new implants, with the same size as before placed on the left and an increase in implant size on the right. The silicone and scar tissue was removed, her breasts were soft, more even and prettier. Note the side view in the before; one might think she needed a lift but once the implant dropped in the proper position it was clear that she did not need a lift.
