Our office is located in the prestigious St. John’s Medical Plaza building. The entrance is on the east side of 20th, just south of Arizona. Underground parking can be entered from 20th Street; we do not provide validation. There are parking meters around the facility, but please pay close attention as many are one hour, and there are “no parking days” and times. Parking attendants are available should you need assistance.
