Strattice AlloDerm

A soft surgical mesh made from processed donor tissue that acts like an internal support hammock, reinforcing the breast and holding the implant securely in place.

Medial/Inferior Malposition - Symmastia Concave breastbone and large implants caused symmastia. Strattice was used to reduce and strengthen new pockets, and smaller implants were placed. The left implant was also too low.
