capsulectomy/mastopexy/scar close ups of anchor scar Text: This woman had a prior breast augmentation and donut lift. Over time the breast continued to droop (as often happens with a donut lift.) She wanted to be fuller, perkier, and not have to wear a bra. The scare tissue was removed around the implant and she was converted to a full anchor lift. Scars here are shown faded at two years after surgery.
