And to all those out there who support a single-payer system, I ask you just this: If you had your choice of any government agency you have frequently interacted with that you could model your healthcare system, which one would it be? The Post Office? DMV? Jury Duty? Passport Office? Airport Security? Medicare? Medicaid? IRS? I only ask because if you want the government to take over your healthcare, you should be able to point to a couple of example where the government has done a great job of things…
